Wir ermittelten, dass (i) endotheliale Wnt-Signale Hom\u00f6ostase und Anpassungsprozesse mechanosensitiv \u00fcber autokrine und angiokrine Wege steuern, (ii) hepatische Sternzellen Rspo3 sezernieren und damit perikrin Leberzonierung, -gr\u00f6\u00dfe und -funktion regulieren, und (iii) vaskul\u00e4re Wnt-Signale pathologische Prozesse wie die Metastasierung regulieren.
