Dabei laufen Proliferation und Differenzierung in einem koordinierten Prozess ab. In diesem Projekt werden wir mittels klonaler Analyse und der Quantifizierung von nachgeschalteten Reportersystemen untersuchen, welchen Einfluss der kanonische Wnt-Signalweg auf die Proliferation und die Differenzierung von retinalen Vorl\u00e4uferzellen bei der Differenzierungskaskade hat.
