Nun wollen wir untersuchen, wie Wnt10b die genomische Evolution von kolorektalen Karzinomzellen antreiben kann. Dazu verwenden wir molekulare Analysen von Replikationsstress und Mitose, Lebendzell-Mikroskopie sowie Sequenzierungen in Krebszelllinien und -organoiden.
