Please indicate whether vou would be interested to present a short talk. Short talks will be selected by the organizing committee. Deadline for abstracts to present a short talk ended!
Deadline for abstracts to present a poster is extended until 31 July, 2024
Instructions for abstract submission:
- Title (max. 200 characters incl. space)
- List of authors (for all authors indicate first and last name; presenting author first)
- Affiliations (department, institute, university, city, country)
- Abstract text should not exceed 250 words

Airplane
Heidelberg is just about 80km south from Germany’s main airport hub Frankfurt International Airport (FRA) operated by all major airlines (including Lufthansa, etc.).
On arrival at Frankfurt Airport, go to the train station “Fernbahnhof”. From there, you can take the train either to Heidelberg Central Station directly or via Mannheim Central Station where you change to the tram to Heidelberg Central Station.

Train
Heidelberg Central Station can be reached via train by Germany’s railway operator Deutsche Bahn.
Car
Heidelberg is located in the Rhein-Neckar metropole region and can be reached via several highways.
Directions from north (from Frankfurt a.M.): take highway A5 and at Kreuz Heidelberg follow directions to Heidelberg
Directions from south (from Basel): take highway A5 and at Kreuz Heidelberg follow directions to Heidelberg
Directions from west: take highway A6 to Viernheim (Viernheimer Dreieck), then take highway A67 to Mannheim and then highway A656 to Heidelberg
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
We recommend to book the hotel room in advance because autumn will be high season for tourism and conferences in Heidelberg.
A limited amount of single and double rooms is reserved and they are available on a first come, first served basis (only available until mid of August). Offer ended.
